Con el tiempo empeoró el servicio, los tiempos y el soporte de la plataforma. Sumado a eso, la atención se volvió cada vez menos resolutiva y los costos actuales pasan de $150 a $1000 anuales, alegando una mejora en la atención, beneficios y oferta… Sin embargo no se ve reflejado en el uso diario y sus constantes trabas en el uso de la aplicación y soporte o ejecutivos de cuenta.
Estaba contento hasta el aumento desmedido de la membresía.
Muy conforme hasta que decidieron aumentar la membresía anual de usd 150 a usd 1000. Es lo mismo que echarte un aumento de esa magnitud. Se tiraron un tiro en el pie…
Membership price 700% increase
They just recently announced an increase of about 700% in their monthly fee. You just lost a customer. 1000$ is not justified.

El valor de la membresía anual es alto pero vale la pena; eso sin contar que el cashback por hacer transacciones hace que se pague sola a veces. He estado en varios países y funcionó excelente en cada uno de ellos. Se necesitan más opciones de inversión de menor riesgo, como fondos indexados de USA. Tiene buenos estándares de seguridad de fondo pero la App me resulta insegura. Ejemplo: No hay límites para retirar fondos lo cual puede ser contraproducente si ocurre algún accidente.
Se quedan con tu plata
Hace 2 meses me tienen mi plata en la cuenta y no me la quieren transferir, siempre hay una excusa 150usd a la basura
