After changing oil, they forgot to put back in place engine oil cap. I drove the vehicle one day, and noticed a big spot of oil under it. After opening the hood, I saw the oil cap was sitting between the hood and the engine. Engine has oil all over the place.

The fields are not recognizing my finger to put the miles in for ending and business. Had to use a stylus to recognize. Tried it on 2 mobile apps on different phones. Other buttons on the app recognize my finger touch so it is not my finger. App needs fixed.

I’m unable to enter mileage via the app. Have to tap on the box 20+ times for ending mileage and the business mileage box doesn’t work at all

Sometimes the button doesn’t show to automatically track the mileage based on gps location. And even then sometimes the trip does not get logged at the end. Please fix this.

Signing in needs to be cleaned up. Face ID never works🙄

The Face ID log in feature never works on the app, I have to enter my password every time. I keep getting alerts after services were completed that I’m overdue. The only good thing is the service locator. The rest of the app NEEDS improvements

Easy to use.

Every time I try to use the app it wants to update but it won’t update. This is the worst app I have ever used

So again after their new update my app keeps crashing, I uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem

Since the last update, the app no longer allows me to submit my mileage. It keeps stating I must use my provided user name which is showing at the top as correct. I can submit through a web browser using the same user name it is rejecting through the app.
