I order 2 item bt delivered only 1 item. And in the invoice its mention of total bill bt still nt delivered the another item or company even didnt tried to inform me about another item.. its very worse delvery i have ever seen.. pay the total bill bt no total item will b deliver.. even this 1803535 is nt giving us an extra option to whom we should cntct if there is delivery prblm😡😡😡
مشكلة قديمة تمنعني عن الطلب اونلاين هي اسلوب عمال التوصيل غالبا ، انا ادرك ان مهمة التحميل والنقل لن يقوم بها متعلم لكن ممكن تنبيه صارم بعدم التركيز على البقشيش وكثر السلام والكلام وياباشا وياباشا، وصل البضاعة وتوكل على الله

Its not about your app its about the management. You are so bad and unprofessional company in the way of time commitment. When you put the choice for the customer to choose the delivery date and then its totally useless as you will deliver in another date, its rude and unprofessional Remove the choice of the date its way better than not following our choices
I payed for the fast delivery but the fast delivery option is done on part of my order and when checking with them they mention the fast delivery is for part of the order while the remaining parts are done on normal delivery It is not clear during the ordering they just misleading the clients
بالنسبة الى سائق التوصيل جداً جداً محترم وذو اسلوب راقي جداً. مشكور لسرعة التوصيل واللباقة بالكلام مع الزبون ♥️♥️
التطبيق يحتاج الي عدة تحديثات يجب تحديثه ليكون ملائم للعمل الشاق يحتاج الي عدة تطويرات ليكون اسرع واسرع
While ordering two or more items with one hour delivery, it will be applicable to only one item. when i ordered two items with one hour delivery option ( with payment of 1.5kwd), i received only one item and second item was not included in it.. no customer will understand that only one item included in this checkout page.. this is absolute cheating.
