xCube: Investing & Trading

The app is very good to give you overall information about shares. Customer service responses quickly. However, after one week of using it, I couldn’t login.. I’m facing issues for 10 days now and customer service asked me to wait!!! I’m using I phone 15 pro and it seems the app doesn’t work properly on some versions of I phone because I can open it on different I phone!!!

I deposited into my account through credit card and immediately a significant cut was taken by the app (close to 2.5-3%) of the amount I deposited without even buying anything. It took ages for them to approve a document with my address on it. Eventually when all was ready, I was unable to buy any stock as the buy button is still grey which does not allow me to buy and only the deposit more money is blue and working. I sent a feedback to them, no response. Will withdraw my money and I’m sure they will take another cut. I use IBKR frequently for US and international shares. This app is just trash.

Th Only thing this app is Missing is a “Stop” Order.

Highly recommended trading app. I only hold my securities with xCube. They are constantly bringing out new products A+++

Simple and easy to use, great technical support.

Two stars for the look Overall functionality poor. 1- Takes 3-5 business days to transfer money into the account 2- takes 2 business days to settle stock selling (I.e., the amount of time for your selling to reflect as cash) 3- take 3-5 business days to transfer your money out of the account High fees. 1- They take a cut when you transfer cash into the trading account (have not seen this before in any other trading app) 2- very high commission fees when trading

Worst xCube Since last one week I was calling daily 10 calls but they didn’t receive my single call

I have had reported an issue during my login to the app, They didn’t accept that there is an issue until i provided record to my mobile screen and since then 8 days pasted without any feedback from there size , Only replying with this message. We are still in the process of resolving the issue. We assure you we will contact you as soon as we have fixed the issue. We appreciate your patience.

Since yesterday I have been trying to open the app. Either it doesn’t open at all. If it does, it asks to change password but doesn’t allow me to change. When declaring country and city of birth, it doesn’t accept the city. I have been struggling since yesterday to just complete the formalities of registration

I deposited money but it doesn’t appear in the app and when you talk to customer support they don’t respond don’t fall for it
