No phone number no live chat maybe get reply via email but then speak to incompetent idiots. Just lost £250 thanks to these tw@ts

Downloaded the app, to be able to divert my parcel, only to then find out I wasn’t able to do this. This courier company doesn’t give you the option on their website to be able to divert the parcel, or leave in a safe place, which is why I downloaded the app! I’ve now got to look out for the parcel arriving on my ring door bell, whilst I’m at work, so I can ask the driver to leave it with a neighbour! Complete waste of time!!! I shall be deleting the app!

Delivery from Hillary’s Blinds Tech Team expected. Failed to deliver or attempt delivery as shown on tracking app. Photo is of a place somewhere but not in the postcode area of 5 homes. We called you…err, no you didn’t! Use the help function and directed to using live chat but there are never any agents available. App doesn’t allow giving delivery instructions to help (not that they should be needed as all other drivers from other company’s get here); and using the ‘can I call you’ help question tells you it’ll cost 7p/minute but there’s no phone number…..anywhere. Email address to track items states that it cannot be used regarding deliveries 🤣. Why would any company what to use this shower……? Zero *’s

Item due to be delivered on the 19th. Got a message at 11am on the 18th stating it would be there between 11:14 and 13:14. Meanwhile I’m at work . Download the app , can’t authenticate my email and unable to change delivery instructions. Spoke to driver over intercoms and he shouting at me . Get a message to book a redelivery and again can’t authenticate my email . Can’t get to speak to someone on a ‘live chat ‘ . Used another email to sign up , when I try to register it says it’s registered already then I try to log in same authentication issues . Try to change the password and it won’t even take me to the link .This is ridiculous . I spent a lot of money on a treadmill and I wonder if I will ever see it …

Dreadful app but I was forced to download it to rearrange a delivery after the company lied about attempting delivery. (Their website was unresponsive) The app kept crashing when I attempted to add delivery instructions. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Well, the point of an app is that it is working … I mean that it does more than just show you the expected delivery time slot … and that it just does not … or certainly not on my iPhone 13 … it just crashes when you are trying to enter delivery instructions or sign for receipt ahead of delivery. Shame, but useless to me as is.

Tried to add delivery instructions and it bombed / app is awful and some of the text is black on black Try harder

You have to download the app to make any delivery adjustments. And the app doesn’t let me make any adjustments. Complete unnecessary faff.

App doesn’t tell you anything that the email does not. Arriving three days early (good but not always convenient ) and I can’t seem to find information about safe place and whether I need to be at home. So have to change my arrangements. App needs work. Hopefully it will turn up on time today though.🤞

My use case was to specify delivery instructions since my intercom isn’t working, so I wanted to provide the code to open the gates. The app said I should login to leave instructions. Ok, I’ve created an account, received the activation email, activated the account, had to enter the delivery details again to learn that delivery instructions cannot be added to this parcel. The app didn’t provide clear communication, e.g. after account creation I could login first and had to figure out by myself to go and check for the activation email.
