Bad connection!! It doesn't work properly! TV? To this day I haven't been able to install it and I haven't even had an answer from Xfiniti!
Trash company with awful support
Would make it 0 stars if I could
Not better, it’s worse
Terrible. Couldn’t update things. Would keep switching to Spanish. Shouldn’t have fixed what wasn’t broken. And for the price my internet shouldn’t always have be reset multiple times a day to stay on.

I am totally blown away that I pay more than $300 for subpar internet and cable service. Internet and TV service are inconsistent and require regular visits to the Xfinity app…where you can’t speak to an actual person and nothing ever gets resolved. People should really launch a class action lawsuit against this awful company..
Doesn't synch with new modem
Pretty worthless when it won't sync with new modem. Customer service is no help either.

Poor customer service
Your company does everything it can to not have direct contact with customers. Your virtual assistant is a joke to get to a live person. You haven’t got my bill correct for like over half a year.
