There’s not much of a benefit as a member
I’m super disappointed with being an ALPHAZ MEMBER. I’ve been a fan of XG since March. Day 1 subscriber ever since and now Silver status. All I want is to be able to show off XG thru my merch where I live because they’re not famous here yet. I only heard XG on the radio 1 time. I never had good chances of getting any merch and I even commented this in one XG video that as the fanbase increases it’s probably gonna get harder to get merch. Why can’t you just do a pre-order basis for ALPHAZ members???? I don’t care if we have to wait for months I just want to have a piece of mind knowing I’ll get them one day and finally show off XG everywhere. There’s not much benefit from the APP aside from the ZERO Package and BLOGS and VIDEOS. Wallpapers can’t even be downloaded. I’m probably gonna rate the APP to 1 Star now
Please add a Date Filter
When I checked blogs posted in the past months the app would suddenly crash since I think it opened a lot of photos and might be heavy for the app to display. For example opening a blog posted on 12/25/2022 once I clicked on it the app crashes.
Fast at recognizing and fixing bugs
They add more features from time to time and fixes bugs as soon as possible. Plus we get to chat with XG and their CEO!

充実した内容過ぎて、嬉しい想定外。期待以上。通知もバンバン入り、メンバーが降臨時に遭遇出来た時は感動です！しかも結構な頻度できてくれるし…。動画、ニュース、写真、ブログいっぱい。ALPHAZになってよかったー！
これで年会費5000円は破格すぎる。
数々のアイドルのファンクラブに入ってきたが、ここまでファンの需要を満たしてくれる。そしてこのアプリだけで全てが完結する最高で史上最強のファンクラブアプリだと思います。 楽曲やメンバーのクオリティーは最高ですが、アプリもここまでクオリティーディティールにこだわっているXGのスタッフさんに敬意を表したいと思います。星無限大あげたいです。 ていうか、この世に生まれてきたアプリの中で、最も価値のあるアプリだと感じております

Common Roomでメンバーが送った画像や動画だけを選択して見れるようにしたらさらに良いアプリになると思う。 ファンの送ったものを見るのもすごい楽しい！ たまにメンバーのを見逃してしまった時とかは指の指紋消えるくらいスクロールしてます よろしくお願いしマッスル💪
通知が一度も来たことがない
iPhone12を使ってますが、このアプリの通知を一度も受け取ったことがありません。 設定で何度も「通知オン」に設定しましたし、再起動も何度もしてます。これらの作業を何度したか分かりません。それなのに通知は来ません。 大事なお知らせを見逃すことが多く、本当に改善して欲しいです。頼みます。
発券システムは本当に改善してください。
コンテンツはいいが、何回試してもチケットの発券ができず、スムーズじゃなさすぎます。
大好きが詰め込まれている
使いやすいように尽力されているのが伝わります。ありがとうございます！XG大好きです！
