As developers and football fans with software engineering backgrounds, we've crafted a universal algorithm that calculates predictions and allows us to share our results with the community. We stress the importance of minimizing bookmakers' margins and finding events with higher probabilities than the bookmakers' odds.
Currently, xG Tips covers a diverse range of leagues and tournaments, including the Champions League, Europa League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Primeira Liga, Eredivisie, Serie A (Brazil), Major Soccer League (USA), World Cup, and Euro. And yes, we have plans to expand our coverage even further in the future.
Our primary focus is on mathematical football predictions, with our neural network algorithms continuously learning and improving with each prediction. We take into account factors like actual and expected goals, date and time, venue, rival strength, and tournament level to calculate the expected game score.
Once we've predicted the game score, we go a step further and convert it into profitable bets known as value bets. The probability of these value bets happening is considered higher than the bookmaker's odds, making it a powerful football betting strategy. To ensure accuracy, we use the Poisson distribution to calculate probabilities of match outcomes, comparing them with bookmaker odds to identify value bets. Each bet is meticulously reviewed by an expert before being published as final match betting tips.
