Vertux Combat QuickStrike and GameSir VX2 AimSwitch Combo is compatible with xim matrix and can I use the joystick (to move the character in games) of these Devices instead of wasd?

I go to update my xim matrix after it working perfectly fine and boom now i need test flight becuase your app isnt updated

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP.The only way for your matrix to work is that you have to use a testflight to update BYT,testflight beta is fulll so there is no way for it to work

FIX: IOS UPDATE

To everyone having the update problem, you need to download the FLASHFIRMWARE on PC or MAX. Download the TESTFLIGHT link from the XIM technical support page, and it’ll redownload this app but to the correct version.

Super easy to use

Most of the negative reviews are from people who have no idea what they are talking about. If you simply watch a couple videos on it you can get your matrix running in 10ish minutes. Love the app super easy to navigate make macros and the smart actions are super nice well done xim🤝

Out of date

I just got my xim matrix in today and I was pretty excited to try it. I updated it and the app says the manager is out of date. I went to the link and downloaded the “latest” firmware and it still says the same thing. I literally can’t use it, kinda feel like I just wasted 200 dollars

App broken (12/3/2023)

As of this moment the app is broken. Keeps saying it’s losing sync with the device and it keeps saying that my Manager version is out of date…. This is the direct application directly from the manufacturer as linked directly from Xim’s own website… I have very thoroughly enjoyed the Xim Apex and was excited to try the Matrix but with all of this going on, I literally can’t. I sincerely hope they read their reviews and fix this immediately.
