No option to fix. App crashes

people are complaining about a error where the app won’t work after a single use I KNOW A SOLUTION to fix the error all you have to do is delete and reinstall the app after that all you need to do is reconnect the printer to the app and sign in and that’s it you will have all your points and all your saved stuff after signing in yes the solution is a big hassle but it works

Application is absolutely atrocious and crashes non stop making the machine completely useless. It is too god to be true.

My child cannot use the printer because the app no longer works. Similar to another review it only worked TWICE. Crappy Christmas gift.

The app is absolute garbage and constantly unable to connect and won’t load.

App will not connect machine works

I’ll be returning this because this app is straight broken. I can’t get anything to work. Connection Errors constantly for no reason. No models in the app at all. Pointless app freezing from spinners. It’s a nightmare. Just send the device back. It doesn’t work.

We bought this for our kids for Christmas. It worked for a couple hours and then the app just failed. When you open it, it just shows a white screen. There’s nothing else and you can’t do anything or click anything. We’ve tried downloading it on multiple phones and have even deleted and reinstalled it. It just doesn’t work. This thing is total junk. All the bad reviews are true. Giving this to our kids as a gift and then not having it work was really terrible. The fact that we have to even waste our time sending this piece of garbage back is awful. This company stinks and they know it. If this thing actually worked they would’ve had an option for support.
