Fix this stupid app it just crashes everytime I press a button to do something. I just wanna turn off cruise control and it won’t do it. So stupid.

I tried couple scooter apps didn’t work But somehow I just turned it off charged it and decided to try again and it showed up on Bluetooth. , but still update fix this app this is absolutely buuuulllllllsheet

Rode the scooter for a week now all I get is a maintenance light and a broken scooter.

I’ve had my Electric Scooter (and this app) for 2 weeks. I have had no problems with this app. It connects quickly when I open this app. I use it all the time to check the percentage for my scooter. The rest of the app is pretty pointless. I have been told not to lock the scooter. I have tried to lock it at home and it worked perfectly fine. For my experience, I have had a great time with this app!

I rode it to the store on my way to school and locked it and now the scooter wont show up on the app so i cant unlock it. I also got one before this and locked that scooter but somehow it got stolen and my friend and i saw the person riding it.

This app crashes immediately, I can’t press anything or else it will crash , DONT LOCK Your scooter or you’ll be locked out , my scooter isn’t appearing on my Bluetooth on my phone

Everything was working fine, but with the updates in v1.1.1 the app is crashing as soon as anything is pressed and I am completely locked out of my scooter!

I went to the park and I locked my scooter because I don’t want anybody steal it and now I can’t unlock it if anyone’s having this problem.

Seems okay app works fine but nowhere to set a password as told on Amazon

I’m having the same issue now I locked it and I can’t get in with the Bluetooth to unlock it. Anybody know a better Scooter better app
