Why can’t I completely close my wallet to zero and remove all my crypto? Seams pretty shady almost like theft.

I chose a ‘Passphrase’ which I placed with my other important passwords. I was given 3 sets of 6 word recovery phrases which I also placed into my passwords doc. The moment I wanted to sell some XRPs and register my PayPal account, suddenly, my Passphrase wasn’t accepted in the registration. The customer service people never answer your question directly and make it very difficult to gain control over your account. So I missed the opportunity when the market was high and although I have the correct Passphrase, the company is making me jump through hoops to create a new Passphrase. Don’t use this wallet, you’ll regret it. They are an unorganized mess.

I have a hard time trying to update the device there im limited on what coin I can put on it

This dev switched apps 4 years ago, claiming the other version was from scammers… once i moved over to this app as instructed (like a dumb ***) i moved my xrp in and then they did some update just after first 1/4 2022… after this update i could no longer access my funds or do anything other than look at my account balance.. they lock it up and said my passcode phrase is incorrect. It has/had never changed… this is a long term investment for me so movement of funds wouldn’t be a common occurrence. Until i found out i cant touch it. Only look at it… EVERY EMAIL attempt is met with avoidance, evasion and never once have i been assisted in recovering MY xrp assets… They did tell me again though that the other app was a scammer app… however they were the ones that developed it.. so its just now dawning on me the obvious connection i for some reason have missed all this time… so now i have to try to find all the routes and agencies i have to find to at least make a fight of getting back what is mine.

Post login into the app, someone stole the entire ripple stored on the wallet. My ripple was safe till the time I logged into this app, so definitely a fraud.

Lost money

Don’t do it. They make you keep money in your account and say it’s “due to fees” but the amount they make you keep is well over 20 dollars when a fee to transact is nothing close to that.

I’ve never dealt with the wallet that makes you keep any crypto in reserve, or have ads! Your crypto is yours!

three days after I installed this and purchased some crypto my credit card was scammed. Thankfully, the bank alerted me.
