Yaga’s Buyer Protection Fee is an absolute rip off. I am currently having an issue with a purchase and have received no assistance from Yaga. I don’t under the point of the buyer protection fee if the buyer and seller have to resolve the problem on their own.

I am unable to load bank details the drop down menus do not work . I don't want vouchers as payment I want the cash in my bank account . Sort this out !!!!!

Great update, much smoother app experience overall but please fix size filter button

With the latest update I have lost the ability to log in .. there are only options to log in with Google, Apple or Facebook. I can no longer access my account or store.

I buy and sell on Yaga. Eversince this new update, I cannot check my Notifications on both my phones (iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone SE 2nd Gen). The app continues to crash on both phones when I want to check my Yaga notifications. This means, I am missing out on major deals for my business and it's very frustrating. I am only inboxing people after I searched for some products I liked. The search is extremely slow, far slower than the former update. To me this update is a major downgrade. • It's slower. • Always crashes when checking Yaga notifications👎

Adding the buyers protection fee makes second hand shoppjng unaffordable. With shipping, one can easily spend what the item would have cost in-store. I don't understand the rationale, as surely the cost is punitive and will drive sales down in the long run.

Great app for selling BUT once the item is collected it’s a night sore getting your money paid into your account.

Yaga is the best App ever.

Using YAGA just over two weeks: already bought, paid & received items PLUS published, sold & been paid for my items! So worth the experience!

As a seller, if you can, please sell on another platform. You’ll thank me later
