Like the app for ease of use - but trying to report a problem with it is an issue in itself. Anyhow back to the app - when you use the reorder section it drops off part of your order I.e. so if you order 2 flat whites one with a sugar one without, it will drop off the sugar when you go to proceed with the order. So you need to empty cart and add each item every time.
