accounts getting banned
Absolutely disgusting the way accounts are getting banned for fake reporting my account is 49 level and got banned for fake reports and yalla is unable to solve it

I have been enjoying this programme for four years now. I spoke to my friends about this app and the have downloaded it and we all meet up in this users room ID70519652 however you closed this owners ID as there has been some misunderstanding from you. Can you please respect our wishes and open this users ID as soon as possible as I live in the UK and my friends in this application live all across the world and this application is the only one used by all of us to meet up and feel like we are all in the same room/country. لقد كنت استمتع جيدا في هذا البرنامج انا وكل اصدقائي وكنت ادعو جميع اصدقائي في جميع الدول العربيه للاشتراك في هذا التطبيق المميز لكن للاسف في الاونه الاخيره تم اغلاق نيم الاونر لاكثر روم يتم تواجدنا فيه واكثر روم مشوق ومثير واكبر بيت عائلي لنا جميعا . للاسف تم غلط حساب الاونر لسبب غير مقنع ابدا الرجاء اخد الإجراءات الازمه لفتح هذا الحساب لان هذا الاونر من اكتر الشخصيات التي تتعب لتجميل صورة يلا شات . 70519652 :ID لكم جزيل الشكر

Good afternoon I am trying to buy coins on this app with my my credit and debit card but I can’t it say contact iTunes all other apps are working fine I can do the purchasing on the other apps but not on yalla !!! I even try to buy iTunes voucher but same issue ! iTunes told me it’s not from them it’s yalla issue I need to contact yalla !! Help me out here plz thx
