For the past 3 weeks, I’ve been trying to scan my passports NFC chip just to acquire a fan ID, but all my efforts seem futile. I’m even scared because I’m not sure if my informations are safe at the point. At every attend I get to scan my passport, the process keeps stopping at 45%, and not just with my phones, but every other phone I’ve used. Yalla needs to do better and find a solution to this mess.

App does not work properly. Why should I have to spend hours on this stupid application to buy a match ticket? I still can’t get it to work. Nonsense.

Since day one of launching this app I tried everyday to get a stupid fan ID but no luck. Simple fix can make this app read US passport. Unfortunately there is no 0 star option

I’ve been trying for weeks to create a Fan ID through this - the only process provided. Updated the app, updated my phone, tried other phones. “Customer service” tells me over-and-over that they are working on it as tickets are sold to others. CAF, AFCON and Morocco should be ashamed at how they treat fans but they are not; they are not because it’s international football therefore corrupt and someone is making money. Real fans are not important. Yalla is a joke.

Fix this completely nonfunctional app before all the tickets sell out, thanks!

Scanning the passport is time consuming and doesn’t work. I reached out to them and they are asking me to try a different phone even though it works for other apps. Hopefully they get this taken care of soon.

Since its inception, this app can’t scan US passport. The customer service is terrible and they have no clue as to what’s going on. They even went as far as telling me to replace my passport and try scanning again. What a freaking joke!!!

This stupid app doesn’t work at all

Tried for weeks, passport scans at 99% then you are stuck and it fails. So frustrating!

This app does not work as intended. Full stop.
