When you change your ride time on the app, apparently it does not get updated on the driver’s side. So the car was not there when I got out and customer service just tells me that I should call them to make time changes in the future and it is not the driver’s fault. What’s the point of the app if you have to do everything through calls? Never riding with them again.

Cant even create an account, it says the number is already used and gives you no option to claim the number and verify that it belongs to you. So if your number was reassigned or entered by someone else , you can’t even use the app.

The app is horrible. I don’t why they recommend to get it the app doesn’t give an estimated price whatsoever let alone a flat rate. You can’t access any of you’re booked cabs so you dong even know if the driver accepted your booking. And nothing else is accessible either not even the sign out option. The app is the biggest waste of time.

I needed to get somewhere right after work due to time so I booked a car for a certain time in advance. It didn’t pair me with someone until close to the time so they didn’t come when I scheduled it. And they were over 10 mins away. Unreliable.

The app says my phone number is already used in an account but my email somehow isn’t registered. On top of that I can’t even log in with my phone number so it’s literally all completely useless. Fix this, your company is already losing to Uber.

It seems to work most of the time but who knows if you got a cab booked. Want to know what your flat rate is? Too bad. The side bar menu text doesn’t even show up. Its a glitchy mess but works I guess.

Can’t even sign up for an account, that’s how bad this app is. Won’t be doing business with this company.

Love the company, drivers are usually really friendly, don’t mind chatting, etc, etc. The app, however, sucks. I can log in, I can book a ride. I cannot see what it costs, if my ride was accepted, who my driver is, etc. Please update and fix the bugs, and i will very gladly change the rating!!!
