It wasn’t that I wanted to watch the Yankees occasionally on the go. I would completely delete this absolutely crappy app. I can’t believe that the network is so incompetent when actual broadcast are pretty good. The technical issues are completely unacceptable. Can’t login half the time comes up with unknown error, then it has you re-login over and over and over again absolutely total crap. Somebody fix this. I’m paying enough for cable so we can use this. Is there anyone there other than an automated message that says thank you for your feedback fix this piece of crap..

This app makes the games unwatchable. I need to restart the app since the stream freezes so frequently. I used to think this was wifi problems but no other app crashes like this. As someone who doesn’t have cable, FIX THE APP THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I HAVE TO WATCH THE GAMES

Constantly kicks me out and forces me to restart the app, watch an ad, it’s endless. Not to mention how expensive the year is to watch, almost cheaper to get season tickets lol. Maybe someday MLB will figure it out

Freezes about 30x a game, if not more. Happening so often now that I’ve just given up on watching the Yankees. How can your tech be this godawful in 2024?

This is the worst app I have ever owned. Signing in on Apple TV or iPad can be a nightmare. Functions are pathetic! You can’t pause a game to answer a phone. Can’t start a broadcast from the beginning if you arrive home late. It is not close to every other streaming app I use. And, incredibly, it is the most expensive! I will be canceling on the last day of the baseball season.

Everytime a yankee hits a homerun the screen flickers out so they can show the Minwax Floor refinishing AD! Then it flickers out a second time as the player touches home when the AD disappears. Amatuerish. This is on a android tv.

It keeps sending me to the App Store to update but once I’m there their is no update available Probably a good app if I can get it to open

Would you guys fix this application?!? I mean my God. Try it for yourselves to see what everyone is complaining about. I can’t believe I keep paying for this obscene mess. Watching a game is like a job. Can’t cast. There’s no direct app in the store to even try to play it directly on your television. Every two minutes it loses the connection and it isn’t my phone and it’s not my WiFi. I’ve tried everything, so don’t reach out until you’re telling me you’re going to give me and everyone else struggling to watch a game a proper working app for the price we pay. The only other option is to listen to games on the radio and then you have the pleasure of listening to Suzyn Waldman literally eat into the microphone around the 7th inning while sighing from boredom and contributing nothing besides ruining every Yanks game. Oh and the constant sniffles is a nice treat too. Lay off the powder, Sue! You’re awful and this app is trash. Shape the app up. It’s been two years and you’ve addressed none of your issues with it. Maybe this will catch someone’s eye, and you’ll get your act together, but I highly doubt it. If you automated response me to this I’ll know how little you guys care about the real fans. No us, no you. Don’t forget that. Thanks for your time.
