I had initially some problems to get my Yesim 10Gb esim configured to function properly. Thanks to Yesim’s excellent and very fast customer support I was able to get my esim to work. Support was world class!

Excellent application-great customer support
I have used this application in a few countries and had complicated scenarios with purchasing a new device etc: The problems have been solved in minutes thanks to very quick and responsive customer service. All in all, a very recommended application, makes life simpler for travelers.
Broken in Faroe Islands
I had a trip to Faroe Islands coming up. I tried (for once) to be prepared and bought a Yesim Faroe Islands data plan in advance, activated it just before my trip and then hoped to have data connection immediately upon landing. Sadly this didn’t happen. Yesim’s eSIM did not connect to network in Faroe Islands. After finally finding a working WiFi, I used the app to chat with Yesim’s support and they confirmed that their roaming partner for Faroe Islands is experiencing ”difficulties”. Even worse, they might not be able to restore service during my stay there. After hearing this I requested a full refund of my purchase and was promised this would be returned to my credit card in about 2 weeks. So.. This is a one-star review because the service didn’t actually work. On the plus side, Yesim’s app seems to be pretty OK and their support was reachable in under 10 minutes. If everything would’ve worked well, this would have been 4 stars. 🙁
