Don’t sign the post paid contract. Or I just better choose other provider. I just liked the green logo of the brand and more cheap options… but If you are foreigner and would like to use Yettel you could disappointed. English is not really welcome here. Ask to provide you your signed documents. If you will have trouble the customer support will send you over to wait 72h to call you back. The answers for E-mail i Still didn’t received. I disappointed how customer support works here and the services.. it’s so not logic that you should paid more money in the beginning when you sign the contract and your 4th month is free from charge.. but it’s my 1st month past only. if you decide to sign turn off your roaming option in other than EU zones, or you will be charged as fun**k. It feels I’m back to 2010-2013 After my contract is over or I get another trouble with you I’m sure to choose another provider.
