This app freezes up almost every time I use it. I have to delete it and download it o er and over so I can reserve spots in my exercise classes. Sometimes the time it takes to do that causes me to end up on the waitlist. So frustrating. There must be a better way.

I don’t have an email associated with my account. I can’t log in or make any reservations for classes because it won’t let me use my member ID to log in instead.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Just started to act up. Trying to schedule a class is a nightmare. Never had a problem till the last two weeks. Won’t open, won’t switch to schedule 48 hours ahead. Now it won’t even open to check in. I tried logging out and logging back in- turning my phone off and even deleting and reinstalling the app. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told that there have been other people with the same issues. What a waste!!!!!!

Won’t let me login- keeps making me change password whenever I get to login screen. Makes the app absolutely useless. Sounds like this has been an issue for many years based on other reviews.

I’ve tried numerous times to login and it. Says it emailed me a ‘pin’. The pin / email never comes so I can’t ever log in.

Love the ease to check in, no need to worry about key cards or bother the staff to look up our memberships!

I have attempted to log in several times and receive an error saying “invalid information “. I thought maybe my password was wrong so I selected the option to reset it. Supposedly I was to receive an email to reset pw. Never got that email. The app is useless

I put in my email and click enter password but it just loads and then says error I can login on the computer just fine but I can’t get the app to work

If you use a strong password (or maybe too strong) you cannot log on via the app, even though you can log on to the YMCA of GB website. The app states invalid username or password. You have to change your password to be more simple to log on via the app. Please fix this.
