I updated to this version and I have not been able to access the classes for four days now. There is something wrong with this app! I receive an ERROR: something went wrong, Please try again.

I use this app every day to reserve classes at the Y. every other time I launch the app, it crashes.

Doesn’t consistently sync with Apple Health. Workouts from as many as five or more days ago take far too long to sync. This has gotten worse since upgrading to iOS 18.0.1.

Trying to book a class and the app has crashed 3 times. No other way to book as far as I know. Super annoying as a new member of the y. You have to start over if you change a single thing in the filters. Im pretty tech savvy and find this app to be pretty unusable and I’m not sure how less tech savvy members use this.

Loved, loved, loved the old app. This one is slow to load and slow to go from one page to another. Slow to book classes as well. The old app was fast. This app also does not let you select multiple classes at one time to see schedules. You have to pick one class and search for it, then select the next class, etc. The old app would also add booked classes to your calendar which was awesome, but this app doesn’t do this and you have to manually add classes to your calendar. I wish they’d bring the old app. It was great.

…it is sometimes impossible to sign up for classes because it takes forever to show the group schedule and sign up for classes. Sometimes you have to try multiple times. Signups are what I mostly use the app for.

I like all the ideas behind this app. The problem is the constant crashes & error messages. The other challenge is that when it works, no one checks the class capacities & registrations. I love the Y & hope they fix it soon!

This is the worst app I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. It used to be a bad user experience - now it doesn’t even work. I updated it and now I get error messages for every function. I cant even access the class schedule! The Y really needs to invest in a competent app development company. Pitiful.

The court reservation is terrible. Let’ people reserve courts when the system shows courts reserved for challenge court! System doesn’t show who reserved the court! Won’t let you book court 48 hours in advance. Making court reservation 47 hours in advance is impossible to book the time desired when you are on the court playing! They keep saying the app is improving but not one thing has been done to improve court reservation system!

I mainly use this app to keep track of my weight training workouts. It works pretty well for this, but has one major flaw and one minor. First, if you are in the middle of a workout and the app is killed by the OS for whatever reason, it does not remember your progress when it relaunches. This is a huge frustration. There is no reason it can’t persist your in-progress workout and put you right back there when it relaunches. As it is I have to try to remember what I had filled in and start over. The second issue, which is more of a minor annoyance, is that the app will occasionally pause the music you have playing when you switch to it. I have to unpause my music multiple times throughout my workout.
