Lots of bugs
Love how the Y has an app and I use it frequently to check into the gym and look at class schedules but there’s a bug that I can’t switch between locations which is realllly annoying. Please fix the bug!
Needs improvements
Please improve this app and its usability. It isn’t user friendly and schedules of classes are very difficult to view. Thank you.
I don’t love it
Kind of annoying that I have to set the multiple locations selection every time. You spent a long time telling us the benefit of multiple locations on one membership, now the usability of this is being pulled back on both the instructor and member sides. (Currently impossible to select multiple locations for instructors to view available subbing opportunities). Seems shameful to me
Not good
Not organized well. Can change “my gym” but the class schedule doesn’t change to the new gym. Also doesn’t reflect a class that is canceled or a pool closure
Clunky and unintuitive
Almost impossible to navigate and find classes at various locations. Repetitive steps requiring starting over each time and not intuitive or user-friendly.
It is not full screen
I love the video classes but unfortunately It is not full screen so even if I’m in my iPad the screen is the size of my phone.
Nice dashboard poor usability
The YMCA360 application has an attractive dashboard. However, the App is useless to me and not nearly as helpful ad its predecessor. Each search or option I select opens a new webpage so, I am basically interfacing with the browser not the App. Also, sadly, I am unable to complete the tasks I have attempted. When I try to see descriptions or details, the pages spin and never return with requested information. This App is useless to me so far!
Needs work
Previous app was much better. Who needs all the color graphics and photos. It asks for my zip code. The Y is 1 mile from my house in the same zip code. App says they can’t find a Y close to me. I have to find it on a list of Y’s. I don’t like having to check my email each time I log in. Facial rec please. Error pops up after I enter the access code. Then the app opens. Clean it up please or go back to the other app where I never experienced any issues.
Just really terrible
This app is just awful. It logged you out then it takes forever to log back in. Very glitchy. Very hard to find schedules. I missed a class this morning because it logged me out and then refused to log me back in for about 15 minutes And the old lady at the front desk. God forbid they would let you in without your app.
