Yodawy

Idea of this app is great! But execution is bad. Especially when pharmacy tells that it wants additional money for delivery claiming that destination is far from them. If it’s the case, you should never use this pharmacy for my requests and use another one that is close. But again this pharmacy has been delivering medicine to me the whole year and it was for the first time they asked something like this. So fix this issue

من ساعة ما ابتديت اتعامل مع الابلكيشن وانا في مشاكل بواجهها سواء في صرف دوا لزوجتي اثناء الحمل او صرف دوا ليا انا، المفروض عاملين الابلكيشن عشان تساعدونا بيه وتريحونا اكتر، لكن الموضوع العكس اروح اكشف الدكتور يكتبلي علاج وبعدين اروح اصرف العلاج ف دايماً لازم يقولولي صنف او اتنين مش موجودين وبيكونوا موجودين ف الصيدلية وبعد خناق بيتم صرفهم عادي، او يقولولي الصنف ده مش موجود ومش هانعرف نصرفلك بديل عشان البديل اغلا، طب المفروض انا اعمل ايه!!؟ هو التامين ده معمول ليه!! عشان يسحب فلوس من مرتبي بس ووقت العلاج يقولي مافيش ومش هاعرف اصرفلك بديل عشان اغلا !! ايه القرف ده ياجماعه قرفتونا ف عيشتنا والله. ده غير ان خدمة العملاء ف يداوي حرفيًا بيتمنوا يلغوا الاوردر

I requested my medicines and after 2 hours they called me one time i was on phone with another call and they cancelled immediately without re call i hate this bad service and will remove app and will tell all my friends to delete this app

If you have Monthly Medication don't ever order it from Yodawy Go to any chain Pharmacy instead Horrible service & Customer Service

خدمة عملاء رديئة ، مشاكل تقنية طول الوقت ، الاوردر وصلني بعديها بيومين و مش اول اوردر يحصل معايا كده … آخر مرة استخدم التطبيق

The system is 24/7 down in all pharmacies and cant get my medications for days and at the end the prescription expires as it exceeded time as per their ugly policy Ending up always buying the medication

The app without edit order and if the order canceled you missed the scheduled time , get help responding after long time without taking in consideration that it is may an urgent medicine . Don’t care about the patient and his medicine
