Best App for Yoga
It is a very good app and I am going to keep it for lifetime in my phone. Thankyou Yog4lyf It has all types of Yoga. PCOD PCOS Thyroid Weight Loss. Powe Yoga, High Bp, Low Bp, Cholestrol, Face Yoga, Pranayam, Yog Nidra etc Must Try
Waste of money
They boost big words in their advertisements saying guranteed money back in 7 days, but that is only for medically challenged patients who can not do yoga. This is highly mis-leading. If this is the reason why would someone buy in first place. No customer satisfaction upon raising concerns. For them once you pay walk on their ways and adjust. They have recorded sessions play at different slots, you cannot learn, rewind, pause and go back or replay any action - if you miss they would finish as per timing but not pay attention to your learning. This is highly unprofessional. Upon raising concerns they say they can’t do anything.
Flexibility and Weight loss
This App really helps in flexibility and weight loss. Very well curated sessions that can be done from the comfort of your home. Recommend this for anyone wanting to start with their weight loss journey and enhance flexibility

It’s a very nice app and the only good app from an Indian company. Can you develop the app for smart watch and sync with health data. Can attract more users to install. This is the only missing feature.
