Yoga-Go: Workout & Exercises

I find it difficult to follow as I only have my IPhone to look at, so the picture is mall, also, the phone is difficult to place so that you have a maximum of visibility of the movements, this is especially true for movements where you turn your back to the screen. The movements are also made too quickly, so I often miss out one or two movements when the next comes onto the screen. I would appreciate if one could do a “dry run” of the movements before the actual “class” starts. I will probably not continue unless some of my problems are addressed in the future.

My subscription wasnt in my Apple Wallet and I thought that I have cancelled the program. Suddenly over 60€ left my bank account. The information how to cancel the subscription is way too hard to find And thats not good customer service. Other apps have make it easier and more customer friendly. I think this app takes your money and run.

App is nor free! Be careful with this app. I ordered just 30days workout and suddenly they took over 66€ for a order i did not make. But refund is not possible even i canceled all possible right away and told them, i don’t use this anymore. Had to quit my bank card just to be sure my money is safe. Certainly Not recommending!

I had been enjoying the app for 30 days even thought I paid the yearly subscription right away, but on day 30, which is your daily routine, the app started to skip moves, all of a sudden jumping from one exercise to the other without any sequence (“move to this and so pose”. In a 13 minute routine it’s been doing that at least three times in every session. I wish I had paid for only one month and not the entire year. I hope this gets fixed because in general I’m very happy with the app. Another thing which I don’t think it’s nice is messages such “no pain no gain”, this has nothing to do with yoga and I wish they add instead more spiritual and uplifting messages.Thank you.

Obviously very difficult to cancel, my bank blocked the purchase. It has never happened, tells a lot.

I wanted to have excercise program that was presented in the app advertisement, but when app was activated, I could not see anything matching my expectations. There was tons of other materials, but not a program template that would have included excercises I wanted to see (from advertisement). Yoga-Go did not refund me, so this wanted money for me.

This app is really not free but it is also much more expensive what it really tells or what kind of impress you got from advetising -so be very careful. I recommend ti use other apps because yoga go companys artitude and values are not customer friendly, their only target is collect your money - dont download
