Ya I agreed. Auto renewal without any notification. When you first create the account unable to login with your email.
Regret spending money on useless app
At time of sign up they ask to fill a form, for sign up they show graph that if the plan the provide is followed you will loose certain weight in specific time line. The daily exercise plan doesn’t seem promising and is poorly presented. There are bunch of other videos that you can follow but it is not part of personalised plan. You can get much better videos on you tube which are fun to do and made properly where you can follow while watching. There is no personalised diet plan. Just bunch of information that is available online and better than that. Definitely not worth a single penny.
Somatic work outs did nothing for me
Its a decent app to make ur body more flexible but do not fall for their adds claiming to lose lots of weight quickly… i signed up because the app promised a 10kg weight loss in 1 month…this was also the goal based on which they recommended exercises for me… mind you my body generally sheds weight even with a brisk walk but i didnt even lose a 100gms after 1 week of his app… my body was (a little) more flexible that is all… the ads are a con… the app interface is ok- a bunch of videos improperly sewn together, the transition not really seamless… the exercises are ok too… somebody who has never worked out in their life or done yoga may benefit from it

This exercise app is disappointing. It's a mere repeat every day and what is worse is it auto renews without your permission.

Хорошие тренировки, но нет звука совсем. Было бы удобно, если начало упражнения, счёт подходов и конец как то сопровождался голосом, чтобы не смотреть постоянно в экран
