Just got charged for a three month subscription without any notice about the free trial subscription is about to end. At the time. It feels wrong to just be charged so much money for an app i don’t want to use and the app developer refused to refund even partially. Read the fine print if you don’t want to be robbed in three months.
I use this easy to follow introduction, low impact warmup before other exercises.
Hello, I wanted to trial this app in Aug but I don't use it to deleted but $66+ was taken on 1 Nov. Apple says I made no purchase. The app doesn't say how to unsubscribe or who to contact. (sorry to write this here, I'll delete review when I hear back) Thanks :-)
Wanted something different and easy to start to help with flexibility. So far at day 20 it’s going well, short easy sessions with good stretches and my wife may even join now too (any deals?) 😀
Checked this out for a 7 day FREE trial, no notifications of trial ending or anything and they've charged my account without authorisation or a notification coming through. Not worth it at all. Waste of money too. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Hi There. When I bought this app I was charged twice. Can one please be reversed. It’s more than $NZ25 I am now posting a screenshot of the app in the App Store, on instagram and Facebook and X With a -1 ⭐️review. No response from customer service. $NZ25 is no small amount. Shocking
I bought the 30 day trial hoping to get a good and interactive way to both stretch and lose weight. The videos are poor AI generated. The app then auto renews for a 3 month subscription, I asked customer service to cancel it on the same day as I hadn’t even used the app but got stone walled. Don’t waste your money
Wonderful surprising quite challenging even though on a chair.
Loving how easy it is. I suffer from chronic pain and swelling of the hip. So the chair yoga is amazing.
The exercises are uncoordinated, jarring and in my opinion unsafe. The trouble is you cannot see these reviews before you make a purchase and then it’s too late you are already financing what feels like a hustle.
