I love idea but the slowest app and web site ever, it takes a lot of time to start... I don’t say even about filters — forever. And really need update ux.

I didn’t use your app . But you took money

In December I tried free trial and understood that I won’t use this app. But today three month later I was charged again though there is no sign of my membership: it says basic in the website account and in App no information. Why do you charge me????

Very poor customer service, when I wrote an email with my concern they emailed back that my problem won’t be resolved and I won’t get a response. When I texted them on their website they’re taking hours to reply. I canceled my membership and they still took my money. I emailed them to get a refund and I still haven’t gotten an answer.

Once you discover the teachers that suit your needs you have yoga on tap. Fantastic service. Great value. Fantastic variety.

YI gives you the tools to live yoga no matter where you start from. Courses are always amazing. Senior teachers who with great skill shed new light and understanding to your practise and always the material can invite you to explore further and support you in your journey. Lynda

I'm sad to see that a yoga community would let your members down. I think this is just another company in disguise. I have no idea how I sign up for it, and when I realised 2 months were taken out of mine account. When in touch with CS, they explain no refunds would be issued and that I can continued to use my membership until the end of this particular payment. I informed, and I'm pretty sure they can see, how much I have accessed the community classes, which was NOT EVEN ONCE. I would like to discuss some sort of refund or deal. But to my surprise, NO reply was received since May 8th.
