Annoyingly small credit limit vs what other cards offer. The restaurants are usually miles out of town.

A the end you see fields that you cannot fill in or edit. This app has to be a scam, I wonder how it got onto the app store

The product is full of bugs and underdeveloped; they need much more time before they get their house in order. After being pre-approved and told by Experian I had a high approval rate, I applied for an account. The account was opened with £10K limit, which seemed normal, I was then shortly after told by the customer support team with an unprofessional message saying that the system had bugs. It was a mistake; therefore, they had to reduce the credit limit by 93%, which is a joke as I have a 6 figure limit with other lenders.

Great experience to date, very helpful support from the team and never had an issue.

The best credit card service is first class and you have full control in the app but help is always there if you need it

**Scam Alert!!** I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this credit card. The benefits are virtually non-existent, and to make matters worse, they have been adding interest charges twice. Over the past six months, I have found multiple discrepancies in my monthly statements. Despite pointing this out to three different customer service representatives, the charges have still not been reversed. This either indicates a scam or gross incompetence on their part. Either way, it’s unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this credit card at all costs.
