Today, suddenly I was logged out of my account. I tried to sign back into my account. There is only create an account. They won’t let me sign back in to my account! No option to sign in. Only create new and of course I can’t access my account because my phone number already exists in their system. Please fix!!!

Been ordering using this app but after saving a lot of points i tried to order food then the app crashed and all my points went to zero use the website its more reliable

I redownloaded the app and when I put my phone number to sign in it says “number already taken” I don’t want to make a new account I’m trying to sign in and the option isn’t available

I accidentally entered the wrong login information and ever since then it won’t let me get past the screen asking for my birthday, so I put my birthday and then it tells me I already have an account which obviously I know I already have an account. I just put my information in wrong and now I’m stuck out the app.

App is very stupid. First, there is no option to sign in the account on the app. It required me to input my account email, and it sent me a code to create an account??!! Why would I want to create an account if I already had one associated with the email? Here is the stupidity : so I entered the code that they sent me and voila it sais the email has been taken. Of course, it has, because it was associated with my account.

App logged me out and is asking me to log back in but when I try, I get a message saying the email I’m using is already taken.

Very bad, can’t sign in

Need to fix the bug for login. Enter the phone number but cannot login.

It’s asking for my phone number then saying that number is already taken.

I am able to login though the browser but entering the phone number through the app displays phone number already taken. How do I do a login instead of signup a new acct ?
