Terrible app, no point downloading if you don’t want to pay for premium
There’s no way that these reviews are real. I just wanted a space for me to improve my mental health but instead I get bombarded by prompts to go premium and every tap. I thought I tapped through all the prompts and wanted to get down to what I saw it being advertised for, which is the chatbot that you can converse with, but you are only able to send ONE message to the chatbot and you’re unable to reply to anything the chatbot says if you don’t purchase the premium option.
Really terrible. I was looking forward to actually working on my mental health on a budget, but got even more disappointed instead. I’ve never felt such frustration towards an app before. I guess it’s because I took the effort to answer all the question, only to get disappointment that you need to pay for the app.
BASICALLY, if you don’t have premium, the app just acts like a notepad….

I’m liking it so far, with regards to mental health apps I think it’s a great option for those of us who prefer a more interactive experience. I’m impressed by how tailored and ‘real’ some of the replies from the app has been. It’s definitely made a difference. If I were being picky, I’d like to be able to select several emotions on the check-in page, because it would probably be more accurate to pick ‘anxious’ and ‘confident’ than have to average it out as an ‘okay’. (I hope I’m making sense lol.)

Ever since I have installed Youper, I feel better after sharing my thoughts and geelings. Although I don't have premium, I really enjoy using this app. It's calming. I don't have premium, I can't do that much. But this app is still 5/5!!!
