הם באמת גנבים! איכשהו התברר שרישום לחודש בודד נתן הרשאה לחיוב קבוע חודשי דרך פייפאל! מעולם לא נתתי הרשאה לדבר כזה, ואיך בכלל הגיוני שבחרתי תשלום חד פעמי ופתאום מתברר שיש חיוב מתמשך שאפילו לא מופיע במינויים בטלפון! מעבר לזה שהם גנבים - אין שום תוכן ושום דבר באפליקציה שלהם שזה באמת רק מוכיח שכל הדבר הזה הוא תרמית! תזהרו - הדבר מדווח! אחרי תגובה שלכם שאין בה שום התייחסות לעובדה שלא ניתן לבטל את החיוב שבכלל לא אשרתי לעולם - שקרנים! זה כזה ברור שהאפליקציה הזאת זו הונאה! ביטלתי את ההרשאה שאיכשהו נתנה לכם דרך פייפאל - תחזירו לי את החיוב של החודש האחרון כי אני בשום אופן לא נרשמתי ולא הייתי מאשרת חיוב של 64₪ לחודש על כלום! אין כלום באפליקציה מלבד תמונות של 5 מתכונים, פשוט כלום. כשנרשמים כתוב באופן ברור שזה תשלום חד פעמי עבורו מקבלים מייל עם קישורים לסרטונים וכתבות שנמצאות באינטרנט בכל מקרה - ובדיעבד מתברר שזה מתמשך, זה לא מופיע במינויים בטלפון כך שגם כשבדקתי ורציתי לוודא שאין לי חיוב מתמשך לא יכולתי לדעת או לבטל. רק בחיוב השני מקבלים מייל מפייפאל שאפשר לבטל דרכם - בחיים לא הייתי מאשרת תשלום מתמשך ובטח לא דרך פייפאל - וחסר לכם אם יהיה איכשהו חיוב נוסף!

לתשומת הלב!!! אתה חושב שאתה קונה מנוי של חודש ומתברר שאתה קונה מנוי שימשוך כסף מדי חודש. וכדי לבטל את המנוי שלך, עליך לכתוב אימייל לצוות התמיכה עם בקשה לביטול.
