They will take days to pull your funds after you’ve selected “pay mortgage.” Then charge you a late fee. If there is any misunderstanding on the side of your financial institution, YOU will be punished. One way is by taking your ability to pay on here away entirely for a length of time. They will actually punish you by making it more difficult to pay your bill. The mindset behind this only allow them to accrue more late fees. Today is the second time this has happened to me personally. This is an awful service that really only excels at making the process of paying your bill more difficult and expensive than it should be.

Three times this service messed up my automatic payment schedule. And it is hard to change passwords.

Pathetic business. No ability to compromise, or negotiate if things become wore difficult. Will definitely be moving my loan away from these clowns, to a better establishment, that will actually work with a customer, in the pursuit of making all parties satisfied.

I wanted to recover my username. I received a message saying that an email was sent to me at which I could recover my password. I did not receive the email. Phone number was provided for assistance. This phone number provided me with promotions. I could not opt out, but was able to wait and listen to another promotion. I could not refuse that one; I could only listen to the next promotion. Finally a “live “person answered who explained that I was eligible to get a free medical assist device. This person would either not allow me to speak, or was a recording. I was never able to get any assistance to recover my username. I still cannot login to my account.

No frills app. I love it!!!! I just want to make a mortgage payment and boom your done!! I can’t understand why some companies want to make bill payments so difficult when it doesn’t have to be that way!! I recommend 100%

Paying the bill is finally easy.

Same thing as what Wirks Great said: CCM moved my loan to another mortgage management account, changed my loan number, and now this app is unusable. All they have to do is fix the number pad input on the account management screen so it hides correctly. But until that happens, 1 star.

I like this app. I just wish you were able to pay weekly if you wanted/or make any amount if you wanted to pay ahead. Also chatting with mortgage company if needed.
