YouRiding - Surf and Bodyboard

Not much of a game. The OG version you had to unlock (more waves) and progress through the game. Would’ve done 4 stars but the controls in the menu are computer keys not updated for the phone version

I gave the game a chance and really tried to like it. But it constantly crashes. It’s fine for a few waves and then the game just crashes. I updated the game and that still didn’t do anything. Hopefully this gets fixed but at this point it’s not playable.

It’s a poorly made game. For $6 I expected something a lot better. Maybe charge $0.99 until the quality improves.

Hi guys not sure if you’ll see this, but I love the game and have some feedback. The roundhouse/cutback mechanics are great and they are the main maneuver that really feels like the board is surfing the wave. I think if you guys could implement that into more of the other maneuvers, along with adding spray from doing turns the game would feel more complete. Where as right now it feels like the board and wave are completely separated. Everything is a little slow too and not super seamless but I’m sure that will just get better as time goes on More board options with different stats would be cool too.

Love the make your own wave but would like to see an option to add different scenery such as rocks or a pier! Would make it so good!

Awesome concept. Only things they need to work on is having the controls less sticky and a little more flowy on the manuevers. Also some texture for the waves

Let me start off by saying this is worth $6 compared to every other surfing game on the App Store. It’s simple and the graphics are impressive. Mindlessly surfing different waves is fun and an easy way to kill time. The wave creator is a great addition. A few things that could be improved. The menu buttons and layout could be enlarged and simplified. There also could be more gear unlocked through challenges (i.e. different boards, fins, etc.) and waves to free surf. Finally I wish they added the Journey which the older versions on the computer used to have. Overall I’m very happy with spending $6 to play this game. Hopefully more people join so the multiplayer can have more heats.

From some one who used to play the og computer game and the og version of the journey don’t buy it. The keys are extremely sticky and aren’t sensitive enough. I personally don’t find it fun at all. This doesn’t compare to the old games at all and isn’t worth the $5.99.

I really wish had a drop knee and stand up boogie board option for this game. other than that really great game.
