Using YouServe app
- Your employer should be customer of YouServe
- Payslip only customers can view payslips
- HR Self Service customers can use the other functions when enabled.
- Logon using single sign-on provided by your employer.
- Languages: Dutch, English, German and French (active language will be the same as device's language).
Functionalities
For all functionalities: visible when made available via your employer.
-Office Travel
Get your home working and office travel compensation done with a few clicks. You will be able to simply register your days you worked from home and from the office. After submission at the end of the month the compensation will be calculated and will be paid out with your next months' salary.
-Leave
View your leave requests, the details of your leave balance and request leave.
Note: changing or withdrawing your leave requests will be added at a later stage and needs to be done via HR Self Service.
-Expense claims
Claim your expenses in euros and add an attachment. The app supports images from camera and album and pdf documents from your files. View your expense claims and the processing status.

-Payslips
View your payslips and annual statement of the current and previous year. Download and share your payslips.
-Profile
You can view your basic details like function, username, contact details & department.
- Changing personal information

Zeer blij met deze app
Ik gebruik de app wekelijks. Ik ben heel tevreden met de app. Als medewerker kan ik alles doen wat ik moet doen. Het zou wel fijn als ik mijn default vervoermiddel kan vastleggen en dat dit vervoermiddel standaard geselecteerd wordt.
Handige HR app
Deze app van Visma YouServe biedt een uitstekende en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossing voor HR-zaken. Het is een veelzijdige app die mijn werkleven aanzienlijk heeft vereenvoudigd. Met de app kan ik binnen enkele seconden mijn verlofdagen aanvragen, mijn reiskilometers, thuiswerkvergoeding en andere declaraties invoeren. Wat deze app voor mij compleet maakt, is de mogelijkheid om al mijn belangrijke HR-documenten, zoals salarisstroken, jaaropgaven en mijn volledige personeelsdossier, op één plek via mijn mobieltje te raadplegen. Alles is overzichtelijk en altijd beschikbaar, wat veel tijd en frustratie bespaart. Kortom, ik ben zeer tevreden over de functionaliteit, snelheid en het gemak van deze app. Het is een betrouwbare tool die essentieel is voor iedereen die efficiënt wil omgaan met HR-processen. Zeker een aanrader!

Goede app om al mijn HR zaken mee uit te voeren zowel voor mij persoonlijk als voor diverse managertaken.

Krijg een melding “helaas konden we de inlogprocedure niet afmaken”
Optie Verlof is verdwenen
Sinds de update deze week kan ik geen verlof meer aanvragen via de app.

Solved: Missing office travel
Edit: The developer reached out and informed me that they had just deployed an update. After restarting my phone, all is in order and working again! I’ve never had such a quick response and resolution from a developer before! Original: Changed phone to iPhone 15 Pro and the app no longer shows office travel. Inside the app itself it says I have iPhone 16,1. I tried phoning support but they were unable to assist.

Frustrerende app. Geen update beschikbaar, maar de app geeft aan dat hij geupdate moet worden.
Update niet herkend
Geupdate naar de laatste versie, maar app blijft aangeven dat er eerst geupdate moet worden Update: inmiddels opgelost
