Yufy Helps

I have been an early user of this app. The app UI and functionality from the start were not easy and had glitches and were buggy at times. But service was very good when I started using it about maybe a year or 2 back. Ad hoc requests for maids were fulfilled and the maid who use to come to us Tharamani was also excellent. I had actively referred Yufy in many society forums and everyone were quite impressed with it. Off recently it seems they are finding it difficult to scale the business now. Maids are never available and on any day whatsoever. So been really unhappy with them for the past few months as I had to rely on alternative sources for cleaning requirements. Wish they fix it soon.

App crashes several times during booking , cannot select a helper . App failures are something that they should work on

Hi, wanted to share that manisha’s work this morning was very good. She is meticulous, neat. And doesn’t need supervision. Infact today she came to my place for the first time. Plus her behaviour is very good. I will definitely book her again. Thank you very much, pls pass on my appreciation to her.

Took money, didn’t provide service and won’t refund money. Instead they added it to their wallet which is useless. Update : they had refunded my money, I forgot to check my statement. Note that they are not providing service outside Bangalore but are accepting bookings. They said that they will fix it soon

We cannot get a better maid service in Bangalore. Helpers are amazing in Yufy Helps. I use their hourly service for dusting and 3 in One when my maid is on leave. Review posted after using the app multiple times, one definitely can opt their service.

I have used Yufy helps for more than an year in Bangalore. This time I went, I had to get a house which was closed for the last 6+ months cleaned to make it livable. I was there for 2 weeks and all through that time, I relied on Yufy only to send me help and all of them were professional and thorough. Really like their 3-in-1 cleaning package as well as hourly service and used both. Highly recommend the app to anyone who struggles with finding decent help in Bangalore. For me, their services were a godsend. I didn’t know where to even get started without them.
