Really exciting to see IceWorks release its first AU FX app! I own all of their synths from Cassini onwards (which I still adore as it’s so well designed and powerful). IceWorks synths are always original and special (having unique sonic qualities and timbres and always beautifully designed). I’ve always found multi tap delays inherently complex to navigate and explore but this is very intuitive and fun and importantly sounds wonderful (can achieve diverse results)!

Well thought out App. Very intuitive to use. Real time control (via Midi CC Powerful and easy to set up).

The app has nice delay although it can be noisy. Some delay factory settings set up a wooshing sound that continues even with no input. Use witching AUN in a simple Session , it disconnects randomly and especially if recording. It can be reloaded but it reloads muted, a hassle. Inside Cubasis 3 it does not load correctly as an InterApp send. I have requested a refund. Used on iPhone 12 Pro Max with latest iOS. 2 stars for when it works.

If you like to get weird with time-based effects like convolution verbs and delays this is a MUST BUY. Just try it, you’ll love it.

You know all those ios instruments collecting dust in your device, coz they just aren’t inspiring to play? Well *this* is fantastic for taking those dull, lifeless sounds into creative, new, fun to play directions :-)
