Stayed on the local holiday log cabin site and was recommended by the site. Easy to order and delivered hot. App was handy to keep an eye on what was happening and when food was on the way.

The app is far from perfect. The menu is poorly laid out with an interface that is not user friendly. Once you try to place your order, the app will then ask for a phone number which you can’t see as the dial code covers it. It asks do you want to assign this number to your profile. Select yes and you get a text notification but there is no page change on the app so where do you put it? After entering details about three times, it finally went to a page to enter the code and accepted the first code, despite two more having been generated and since then. Then you can place your order and pay. Great, until after it accepts payment it has an address for you that is wrong and there is now way to update it without calling the number you are then given. (Why can’t we have that option from the start?) even when you do have to phone, you will helpfully be told to change your details on the app which you are ringing to complain about. My advice is to get a proper app from a professional developer, if you want to run your ordering system online. This one feels like it has been made as a year eight pupil’s technology homework project. It’s a good job the pizzas are nice! Please don’t spit on it!!😬

Shocking service, appalling attitude from staff and wrong number on website to contact place.

We live literally 3 mins away and it’s been over an hour for 2 chicken kebabs I’ve just called and it doesn’t even sound like they have the order they say problem with drivers but they can walk it in a few mins anyhoo as regular customers you expect a better service sorry guys but a let down tonight
