I bought an IPL subscription 2018. I thought I would watch at my Apple TV, but program crashes (“could not connect to the server”) at the same time all other apps well connecting to there servers. Technical support promised to fix it within 48 hours .., and already a week has passed and the program does not work. Very displeased. I wasted my money.
One of the most pathetic apps..purchase ipl pack after three day app never loaded on my smart tv and till date stuck on first screen

I wish it will free for smart tv For 10 days we enjoy this app via smart tv but free offer has expired and package for 99.99$ a year
While watching on TV, there will be a player error. Once you click on the match again, it will play a 30 second unskippable ad while the match is going on. Have missed on important moments in the match despite paying through my nose for a subscription!
While watching on mobile, the play/pause icon does not disappear from the screen.
Firstly they are really unprofessional,making money without any information they have automatically renewed my subscription and now to unsubscribe we are requesting them but they are not at all responding.
They are not professional! Unethical people! Don’t have the notion of loyalty, all they want is money. Don’t respect the contract. They can remove channels and can’t refund the amount.
Its good they have a website, the app is developed awfully. They should hire better programmers.
