Haven’t been a user for long but there are some improvements to be made.
- Notifications on my phone are delayed when not inside the app. By seconds to minutes. Meaning you miss out on jobs all the time.
- Information about the job is incomplete, often missing size dimensions and weight. This is crucial information.
- Why do the starting prices start so low? There should be a minimum amount of $10 paid on every delivery. This is same day delivery after all.
- I think you get 10 seconds to accept a job before it moves onto the next driver. With notifications the way they are, consider upping this to 30 seconds atleast.
- How do you update ETA? Haven’t been able to figure this out. Needs to be able to be manually changed with ease.
- Consignees need to leave notes as to where to direct us on pick up. Especially for business addresses.
- We should be able to set up preferred areas. Why am I getting requests for jobs that start over 50kms away? Drains my phone battery and means I’m getting so many useless notifications.
Cutting prices to increase their profits is going insane
Cutting prices like crazy , runs are worthless, Bunnings is worthless, normal or new jobs even if you are close to pick up there will be no app notifications, in case of Bunnings everything works fine but prices is worthless.

Zoom-2U has been a disappointing experience for the past month. The lack of professionalism is evident, especially when it comes to driver support. Emergencies like flat tires or extreme weather are met with indifference, and job transfers happen without any concern for the driver's well-being. The expectation to answer calls while driving on the freeway is not only impractical but also compromises safety. A significant improvement is needed for better driver assistance, safety measures, and overall professionalism.

Good company, bad app
App is clearly coded by someone overseas who’s fudging their way through. Multiple issues that are reported but never addressed — nothing a game breaker, but just annoying and frustrating things that waste your time and bring your attention off the road.
The company is pretty good though; they’re willing to negotiate on pricing, they will pay you extra if someone wastes your time, and usually everything gets paid correctly
So much improvement needed
Firstly, as a driver when you adjust the ETA and then exit the job to say look at another job for example, the ETA that was previously just set, doesn’t actually save and it reverts to some other ETA that the app determines. This leaves customers with an unrealistic/incorrect ETA, often meaning they aren’t around to receive the delivery and subsequently the driver has to hang around waiting for the customer. Have raised this a number of times, to no avail.
Secondly, when you click on the phone icon for the customer at drop off, it comes up with phone number of the customer at pick up. This then becomes a huge waste of time when attempting to contact said customer. The same problem occurs when you tap the map icon for the delivery address. It reverts pack to the pick up address, meaning you have to manually enter the drop off address in the navigation app.

had never had delivery for two years when you gone on accept job suddenly dissapears or gets taken i asksd support many times lodge fault but never was helped forgot now my password as my mobile number was changed no hope to reset or change details
