Welcome voucher does not work
I tried to use the welcome voucher 350 off for a bag that is already 40% off. It’s not mentioned anywhere in the email whether the voucher works only on regular price items.

LOVE Zalora but plz make combining promo codes possible!!
I absolutely love Zalora, LOVE that we can find top brands items here at better promotions than even their own sites, LOVE Zalora’s own designs too, LOVE that we can drop our returns at any convenient location, LOVE the FREE returns, love the 30 day return policy and complete refund too! BUT with all this great flexibility, I really hope Zalora will change that we can only use 1 promo code at a time. This doesn’t make sense when you have so many different promo codes at the SAME time. Thats the MOST thing that needs to be flexible!! This would be fine if you didn’t charge for shipping. That’s the problem. You can’t not allow combining promo codes, yet charge for shipping if our order doesn’t meet the minimum purchase. So I want to buy some items that have different codes on them, I can’t!! I cant do that. And I am not going to buy 1 item at a time and pay the Shipping fee each time when it doesn’t reach over the minimum purchase eligible for free shipping. And I’m also not going to just buy things I don’t want when we are told “purchase this much more to get free shipping” when there are other things I really DO want but can’t get in the same order! So many things I have not bought, so actually Zalora will benefit from this too. Other online stores allow different promo codes to be combined in one order, THIS is how it should be, its great!! Or else please offer free shipping on all orders regardless of price. As some other online sites do which is another fantastic feature Zalora is yet to offer. This is my constructive advice Zalora. Thank you!! :)
Latest update not too user friendly
Upgraded to latest version in App Store. Couldn’t find the each size measurement details as per previous version. There used to be info on the specific measurements for each size. The previous version was easier to navigate between filtered choices without having to go back to categories or home. After I installed the upgrade, all items in my shopping cart was deleted. Now I have to search again.
Error payment
I've ordered how many times before through their website and it's quite good. Now tried to order using the app but unfortunately I wasn't able to proceed as it says "there was a problem on procesaing the payment. Check ur payment details and try again later". I did checked and tried multiples times but still failed. I hope you can improve your app. Thanks!
