Constant delays, poor customer service
It used to be a good service when they were collecting a customer base, however now the delivery time is never accurate, several last orders were late. Latest order arrived more than an hour later than was promised with 0 visibility where the order is (1,25h after it’s been placed), although it showed 20min at the moment of the purchase. I was offered a refund of 1.99 which can be applied only if I place another order, which is not a real refund, but a way to make more money. But also I couldn’t even apply the credit for my purchase. Customer service is ignoring emails. Same happened to my friends and colleagues. Assortment is quite limited, prices are much higher than everywhere else. Small order fee has increased to 3.49, free delivery has increased to 35. Quality of the groceries are poor. Such a shame to witness such a good start and such a shameful fall. We are deleting the app, there are better services out there.
