What is the meaning of this stupid app, you do you find pleasure in frustrating your customers? The app is very useless

It is always showing error. I cannot activate the e-token without going to your branch.

Please delete your token app if it has no use because it’s useless. Why can’t you guys improve your services, only theft is what you guys know how to do..

I am sure you enjoy frustrating your customer cos why will I come to the bank to set up my banking app and e-token, you asked me to write my name and account and go that other processes will be done with my phone by myself, only for the nonsense e-token app to not generate token after setting it up? Incompetence is just your mantra…😠

Hands down, this app is very unserious. After the nationwide downtime, I decided to update my mobile app. Biggest mistake ever. Automatically, I'm limited to 200k per day. I try to upgrade this, it’s asking for token code. I download the Zenith token app and insert card and pin details. It's always leading to a dead end. Nothing. I'm stuck with 200k per day, I can't effect transfer because it's asking for code, and I can't receive token code via soft or hard means. Very convenient. This is hands down poor customer experience.

I have bank with you guys for a very long time and I have never been satisfied. I lead the opening of account for all my employees and also my organization. I thought if am patient, one day all will be better, but honestly you guys are terrible and obviously will never improve. Am leaving for good together with all the people that stayed because of me.
