I am unable to change the time on my infinity watch

Worst experience app is not connected with iPhone , wastage of time and money

I recently purchased the Revoltt watch, hoping for a reliable and efficient smart device. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, the watch failed to connect with the accompanying app, both via QR code and manual attempts. Despite following all instructions meticulously, the connection issue persisted, rendering the watch essentially useless.

I dont know what to say ! I want to change my watch face but unfortunately watch is not connecting to the app plss fix this issue as soon as possible 🫠

Recently bought defender and one other watch, both are not connecting with this iOS app, tried doing manually and scanning code, the app is not recognising the watch. Add support for defender immediately.
