It’s not compatible with my shortcuts or phone or iOS or something but I can’t make shortcuts to my iCloud files

Problem
Can not run video. Month ago was good now not going
Cant get it to work on my IPad
I can record a video and watch it but after that the screen freezes I cannot delete send or do anything.
great product but awful mobile app
I think the company has not invested in mobile app and its users. Buggy on iOS. Overall the product is good.
Aspect Ratio Error
I tried to create a recording of a webpage, first with the iPad held vertically then with it held horizontally. Both recordings distorted the webpage squashing the image bot ways.

I use this app on my desktop and now my iPhone what can I saw awesome I use it for helping a lot of Pinterest users finding things showing things and explaining things. It’s easy to use and phone friendly. Thanks 🙏 to Cloud App
Processing
Have not been able to store my first video. Keeps processing and crashing.
Still can’t edit on PC or IOS
CloudApp had so much potential... 3 years ago.. Had 4 years with funding, and we still can’t edit on a PC or IOS.. C’mon CloudApp
