Приценивался и смотрел как живут белые люди , в Пенсильвании смотрел дома до 1000 квадратных футов , увидел объявление где висел постер : p**in huilo. Связался с продавцом , хоть у продавца был мексиканский акцент договорились о встрече , посмотрел дом и сошлись на 39тыс и 6ти сотнях , благодаря этому приложению я смог купить дом , а не снимать за 2200

Для не американца практически не возможно применить приложение
Пробовал подать заявку на аренду квартиры, нужен американский провайдер, просит заполнить данные предыдущей аренды, с раскрытием данных хозяина( тенанта) и информации по текущей аренде! Телефонный номер тоже должен быть американский, что очень ограничивает использование приложения для тех, кто живет за пределами США и хочет арендовать жильё!
