Indeed zinc may enhance immune function, stabilize blood sugar levels, and help keep your skin, eyes, and heart healthy. It is commonly used in hospitals as a treatment for burns, certain ulcers, and other skin injuries.
Too much zinc may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and headaches. Too much zinc can also lead to low copper levels and a weakened immune response. Therefore, it is extremely important to be careful when taking supplements, as too much can cause serious problems.

FEATURES:
Monitor your zinc intake and sync it with the Apple Health App using our app. Our app uses Apple HealthKit to access and save your data. You can also use any watch face with small widgets to view your latest entry and add a new one. Enjoy all these features for free and without any ads. The app does not need a companion iPhone app to work. It is a Watch app only.

Privacy is not something you are merely entitled to, it is an absolute prerequisite. At Martspec, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. So we build it into our products from the beginning of the design process.
We do not share your data with any 3rd party. We do not use it for advertisement purposes and do not use it for profit. Your data is stored only on your Apple service (Apple Health store and iCloud). We do NOT store your data on our servers.
