Not great

It’s a bit annoying at times, I checked my next work out after my last. Came to do the workout and it’s changed, I’ll cancel after these 3 months I think

The app asks lots of questions when you sign up - unfortunately my answers don’t seem to have been factored into the workouts making it a manual process to basically make my own workouts. The videos themselves are good and there’s a long list of exercises but defeats the idea if they’re not tailored to your goals or injuries.

Underhand tactics and overpriced.

I signed up for the introductory offer. Gave up after a few weeks using it. Lo and behold after my initial offer they started charging me double when I was paying for my gym membership. I didn’t notice for a couple of months and found myself £133 worse off. Once I realised I contacted them and was told no refund due. The lack of information regarding what happens after your initial offer is clearly a way to take your money. £66 a month for a phone app??? Not just that but you have to pay extras for their other options. Avoid this app

Love this app - hugely motivating, intelligent and provides good routines

Too expensive. Limited exercise library. Mediocre coaching.

Not happy with the app

Not happy with the workouts provided. The variety is limited sometimes the exercises are strange / unusual. But most of all you can’t change the workout order so if you are in the gym and the machine isn’t available you are a bit stuck. I’d say it’s a massive let down as everything else would be great if that was flexible.

Good App

I love the style and layout of the app, however the variety of exercises is very limited and when you create a workout it is difficult to find the workout again

Class act

Starting using this app as I got tricked into muscle monster which wasn’t giving me the feeling I had actually worked. This app is not only user friendly but I leave the gym feeling I have actually trained.

Update to allow Apple Music to play

Good app, but it stops Apple Music from. Playing when you open it to update your set. Really frustrating to the point I may ditch it.

I’m not happy with the service I downloaded the app at first but deleted it as I did not need it anymore and yet money is being taken out of my account and has been taken out three times within two weeks I would like a refund
