Scooter broke, could not reach customer support
I rented two scooters and midway into our trip, the e-brake on one of them locked up and rendered the scooter useless. The accelerator did not work and I tried pausing and unpausing it, but nothing worked. I understand these things happen from time to time, but when I tried calling the number on the scooter, it went straight to voicemail. This is crazy dangerous because we were in an emergency situation yet could not reach any customer service. It has now been over 24 hours later and I still have not received any callback or response to my emails. We ended up having to walk the scooter back under the blazing hot sun for over an hour to get back to our original starting point. Stay far away from this company.
