ZIP Scooters

I rented two scooters and midway into our trip, the e-brake on one of them locked up and rendered the scooter useless. The accelerator did not work and I tried pausing and unpausing it, but nothing worked. I understand these things happen from time to time, but when I tried calling the number on the scooter, it went straight to voicemail. This is crazy dangerous because we were in an emergency situation yet could not reach any customer service. It has now been over 24 hours later and I still have not received any callback or response to my emails. We ended up having to walk the scooter back under the blazing hot sun for over an hour to get back to our original starting point. Stay far away from this company.

Gud fun and saving time to go one place to other places

I had issue with my payment and zip scooter gave me time to pay up and they always answer your needs on time, if you are having trouble with the scooter, I would recommend everyone to check them out the scooters are fun, fast and battery last a long time I use it for work and I was on time everytime compared to being on the bus

My fiancé and I decided to use the zip scooters to check out the downtown Kelowna area and it was the highlight of our trip! The customer service team was very helpful as well when handling an issue we had. Would definitely recommend their services!

Absolutely blown away by the great customer service! Our scooter ride was so fun and when my scooter wouldn’t disconnect at the end, Luke went above and beyond to solve the problem! 10/10 would recommend!

Good fun

Really like this scooter, my little guy loved it, handlebar it’s lower and standing platform is wider, like the lights and safety features. Lights shut off when ride is over you actually no the ride stopped. Great value.

Had a quick ride with my little guy. What a fun thing to do and cheaper than a cab. We need more of them in Kelowna

Fun but my scooter only let me go 8 mph...
